Join us for a fascinating two-wheeled pilgrimage through the historic landscapes of the Isola Bergamasca, a cultural and spiritual itinerary dedicated to the memory of Saint John XXIII, one of the most beloved Popes in modern history. We set off directly from our hub, following protected cycle paths and quiet countryside roads through the green plain, all the way to Sotto il Monte.

Thanks to the pedal assist of our latest-generation e-bikes, you'll cover the 42 km route in complete relaxation, with no effort, taking in the tranquility of the area. You'll explore the places that shaped the childhood of the "Good Pope", visiting the evocative birth house on Via Colombera and the summer residence of Ca' Maitino, rich in historical memorabilia.

The tour includes an outstanding lunch stop at the renowned Hostaria Don Lisander in Sotto il Monte, where you'll enjoy a full traditional Bergamo menu in a welcoming setting, with your e-bikes safely parked in the venue's spacious outdoor area. A slow, mindful cycling experience, perfect for combining history, nature and great food in the saddle.

Since this tour includes entry to places of worship and prayer, please wear appropriate clothing, with shoulders and knees covered. Closed-toe shoes are required: no sandals, flip-flops or heels.
