PRIVACY NOTICE
Pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016
With this document, Dif Spa, owner of the website nextbg.it (hereinafter, the “Website”), informs the data subject (User) that their personal data, relating to navigation within the Website—whether accessed directly from the homepage or through subpages—will be processed with the utmost care and using tools suitable to ensure adequate security. Please note that this notice—compliant with Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016—does not apply to other websites that may be consulted through links contained herein.
1. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
1.1. Data generated by User navigation
These data, through the normal functioning of the Website, are implicitly acquired and transmitted during the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, it could allow Users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users connecting to the Website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the User’s operating system and IT environment.
Such processing and association activities are never carried out by the data controller; the data are used solely to check the correct functioning of the Website and are automatically deleted after processing.
1.2. Data voluntarily provided by the User
These data are provided by the User during voluntary interaction with the Website, through the completion of the contact form or via e-mail, in order to request information or for any personal purpose. For all voluntarily provided data, the User gives explicit authorization for processing.

3. SOCIAL NETWORK WIDGETS

User data are processed for the following purposes:

Personal data processed through the Website will not be disseminated and/or communicated to third parties and will be stored at the premises of the server hosting provider, using methods, timing, and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality.
7. NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
Providing personal data for the purposes mentioned above is free and optional. However, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to respond to messages sent or that the User intends to send through the contact form or via e-mail.
8. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The GDPR grants data subjects a series of rights regarding their personal data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, Users are informed that the Law recognizes the rights set out in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77, and 82 of the GDPR (e.g., the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of their data, the deletion of unlawfully processed data, rectification, objection to processing for legitimate reasons, etc.).
The Data Controller undertakes to provide a response within 30 days and, if unable to meet this deadline, to justify any extension. Responses will be provided free of charge except in cases of unfounded or excessive requests, for which a fee not exceeding the actual costs incurred for the search may be charged.

9. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
Dif Spa reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove parts of this Privacy Notice at its sole discretion and at any time.
